- On the ground floor you will find a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an attached bathroom and a powder room. The whole lower level excluding the bathrooms are fully air conditioned. 

- The open concept kitchen with a breakfast counter is equipped with everything you would need in case you decide to cook up a storm. It's equipped with a huge double door Refrigerator, In built Microwave, a convention Oven, Water Filter, a hob with 4 burners, a chimney, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Mixer and a Pressure Cooker. 

- A variety of pots and pans, cutlery, crockery etc... so go ahead, put your chef hat on and test your culinary skills.

- Wine glasses, whiskey glasses, ice buckets etc are well stocked in this house in case you wish to kick back with a drink or have a few people over.

- A Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing board is also available.

- A flight up the stairs welcomes you to a fully air conditioned lounge area with a wall mounted 49 inch TV with satellite Connection.

- The villa has 4 fully air conditioned bedrooms with large attached bathrooms. 

- One Bedroom is on the lower level which walks out directly to the pool and garden. It has a queen size bed with a 10 inch mattress, 43 inch LED TV with a satellite Connection, a wardrobe and a bed bench/ luggage rack.

- The 2nd bedroom is on the first floor overlooking the garden and the pool. It has a King size bed, with a 10 inch mattress, a large attached bathroom with a Rain shower,  two single seater sofas with ottomans, a bed bench, a chest of drawers and cupboards. 

- The master bedroom and bathroom are the crowning glory of this villa. A vintage king size four poster bed with a 10 inch mattress welcomes you into a huge space with a balcony on one end that faces the backyard and the pool, a Large covered sit out on the other end with a lovely garden patch beside it. The master bedroom has a 2 seater sofa, two single seater loungers with foot stools, a bed bench and a 49 inch HD TV with satellite connection. The walk in wardrobe leads to the master bathroom which is huge by any standards! The washroom has his and hers sinks, a linen cupboard, a bathtub and a rain shower. Open the bay windows while soaking in the tub and presto, you are beside the upper level garden patch.

- The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds with 10 inch mattresses  along with an attached bathroom, a chest of drawers  and a 43 inch HD TV with satellite connection.

- Complimentary toiletries such as Soap, Shampoo and Toothpaste are provided on arrival.

Due to COVID 19 and to minimize contact with the staff and manager the following services have been modified to protect our guests and our staff:

1.    TO ENSURE THAT OUR VILLA IS FULLY SANITIZED AND SAFE FOR ALL OUR GUESTS; WE ARE LEAVING A 48 HOUR WINDOW BETWEEN ALL CHECK OUT AND THE NEXT CHECK INS.

2.    ALL GUEST MUST CARRY A COVID NEGATIVE REPORT FROM A ICMR APPROVED LAB 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK IN. THIS NEEDS TO BE SENT TO US ONCE RECEIVED BY THE GUEST.

3.    UPON ARRIVAL, OUR SECURITY WILL CHECK THE TEMPERATURE OF ALL THE GUEST & WILL PROVIDE HAND SANITIZER TO APPLY.

4.    ALL GUESTS MUST WEAR THEIR MASK AT ALL TIMES IN THE PROPERTY COMMON AREAS.

5.    HAND SANITIZER STAND IS KEPT AT THE ENTRANCE OF YOUR VILLA & WE URGE YOU TO USE IT EACH TIME YOU ENTER THE VILLA.

6.    PREVAILING RULES & REGULATIONS REGARDING COVID WHICH IS ENFORCED BY THE GOVERNMENT MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO. THIS INCLUDES ANY CURFEWS SET.

7.    IF ANY GUEST SHOWS ANY COVID LIKE SYMPTOMS AND FEEL THEY NEED TO HAVE A MEDICAL ASSESSMENT, THEY MUST IMMEDIATELY INFORM OUR MANAGER.

8.    WE WILL PROVIDE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES TWICE A WEEK ONLY BETWEEN 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM. DURING HOUSEKEEPING OF THE VILLA, WE REQUEST ALL GUEST TO EITHER EXIT THE VILLA OR REMAIN IN ONE ROOM. THIS IS TO ENSURE THERE IS MINIMUM CONTACT WITH OUR STAFF & GUESTS.
