This beautiful private pool villa is part of an exclusive gated community which consist of 10 such Villas that have top notch amenities and world class finishes. Luxury all the way and a Home away from Home!!! The Property is located just minutes away from the Anjuna and Vagator beaches, the best night life and the best parties in Goa!!

As you enter the Property, the drive way leads you up to the Villa which is bordered by lush landscaping and tons of beautiful greenery.
*   We have 24 hours security and CCTV cameras all around the property.
*   There is a car park for one vehicle only.
*   There is a Generator at the Property which provides full power back up to the Villa.
*   The Villa has its own private garden/backyard with a nice lawn.
*   On the ground floor you will find a fully air conditioned pool facing living room with a spacious sitting area and dining area.
*   The open concept kitchen is equipped with everything you would need in case you decide to cook up a storm. It's equipped with a huge double door Refrigerator, In built Microwave, a convention Oven, Water Filter, a hob with 4 burners and a chimney, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Mixer and a Pressure Cooker.
*   A variety of pots and pans, cutlery, crockery etc. Wine glasses, whiskey glasses, ice buckets etc are well stocked in this house in case you wish to kick back with a drink or have a few people over.
*   A Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing board is also available.
*   The villa has 3 fully air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms and are pool facing. Each bedroom has a TV, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
*   The master bedroom and bathroom are the crowning glory of this villa. The bedroom welcomes you into a huge space with a balcony on one end that faces the backyard and the pool. This bedroom also has a HD TV with satellite connection and a chest of drawers.
*   The walk in wardrobe leads to the master bathroom which is huge by any standards! The washroom has a sinks, a linen cupboard and a shower cubicle with a rain shower.
*   Complimentary toiletries such as Soap, Shampoo and Toothpaste are provided on arrival.

I might not always be available to meet the guest but I have a Property manager who is available during the day to guide and help the guest with anything you require during your stay.

Public transport is not the best mode of transport. You will need your transport to get around. In case you don't, I can arrange car and bike rentals and reliable cabbies as well at an extra cost.

Due to COVID 19 and to minimize contact with the staff and manager the following services have been modified to protect our guests and our staff:

1. TO ENSURE THAT OUR VILLA IS FULLY SANITIZED AND SAFE FOR ALL OUR GUESTS; WE ARE LEAVING A 48 HOUR WINDOW BETWEEN ALL CHECK OUT AND THE NEXT CHECK INS.

2. ALL GUEST MUST CARRY A COVID NEGATIVE REPORT FROM A ICMR APPROVED LAB 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK IN. THIS NEEDS TO BE SENT TO US ONCE RECEIVED BY THE GUEST.

3. UPON ARRIVAL, OUR SECURITY WILL CHECK THE TEMPERATURE OF ALL THE GUEST & WILL PROVIDE HAND SANITIZER TO APPLY.

4. ALL GUESTS MUST WEAR THEIR MASK AT ALL TIMES IN THE PROPERTY COMMON AREAS.

5. HAND SANITIZER STAND IS KEPT AT THE ENTRANCE OF YOUR VILLA & WE URGE YOU TO USE IT EACH TIME YOU ENTER THE VILLA.

6. PREVAILING RULES & REGULATIONS REGARDING COVID WHICH IS ENFORCED BY THE GOVERNMENT MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO. THIS INCLUDES ANY CURFEWS SET.

7. IF ANY GUEST SHOWS ANY COVID LIKE SYMPTOMS AND FEEL THEY NEED TO HAVE A MEDICAL ASSESSMENT, THEY MUST IMMEDIATELY INFORM OUR MANAGER.

8. WE WILL PROVIDE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES TWICE A WEEK ONLY BETWEEN 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM. DURING HOUSEKEEPING OF THE VILLA, WE REQUEST ALL GUEST TO EITHER EXIT THE VILLA OR REMAIN IN ONE ROOM. THIS IS TO ENSURE THERE IS MINIMUM CONTACT WITH OUR STAFF & GUESTS.

Rules and Regulations

Stay with Love and Safety!

It is not allowed to include more people in the rental property than stated in the booking confirmation. Extra charges will apply at ₹ 5,000 per person per night, if at all it is within the hosting capacity of the villa.
Use safety lockers for valuables. The management and staff are unable to assume responsibility in case of any misplaced items.
If any keys are lost, the lock cylinders will be replaced by the locksmith for safety reasons and the same will be billed as actuals.
All staff must have at least 10 hours per 24 hours rest time. From 1 am to 7 am, all staff must retire to their rooms.

Enjoy Amazing Food!

Our Chef is at your service! Ingredients & groceries will be charged as per actuals and bills will be provided to you based on your demand or kitchen requirements for your preferred choice of food. Please refer to the list of what our chef is best at. We provide one grocery run free of charge, per day.
Restaurants in Goa are happy to deliver food for you or to host you. Please call our concierge team for reservations.

Stay with Responsibility!

Windows and doors should be closed unless needed to open (mosquitoes!). All lights and electronic devices should be turned off when not in use. It is a great habit of most guests which we appreciate!
We are sure you understand any damages are deductible from your security deposits.
Smoking inside the villa is strictly not allowed, however you can smoke in the balconies and the outside areas.
Got a pet? Please always have one guest to attend to your pet. (Prior approval is required, please check with us if you plan to get one)
On an occasion where any pollutants (we once had firecrackers make a mess!) if food or drinks that have fallen into the pool cleaning charge of ₹ 25,000 rupees is chargeable as it involves professional help, chemicals and water tankers.
Please don't move any indoor furniture outside to avoid any damages to your account.
Please don't put any decoration items that will tamper anything on the property.
Flammables and explosive materials and objects with unpleasant smell into the villa premises are prohibited.
We strictly follow a no drugs policy along with any illegal/objectionable activities that are a reason of concern.
This villa does not permit any sort of parties/events, however we can help you organise sit-down dinners or barbecues with on-call chefs and a guest count not exceeding more than 4 people with prior permission.
Music has to be taken inside the villa between 10:00 pm - 08:00 am. It is legally not permitted and neighbours have a right to their peaceful rest while you enjoy your vacation. Our official permission to run a rental villa obliges us to follow these rules. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.
We have an open pool and no lifeguard on duty, the owners/management company cannot be held responsible for any mishaps, especially relating to children.
Use the furniture only after you've dried yourself up completely after using the pool.
We encourage our guests to not use and discard the towels, water conservation is our top priority.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the check in date.
75% refund on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 30-44 days before the check in date.
50% refund on the total booking amount will be given if booking is cancelled 29-15 days before the check in date.
For bookings over the Christmas/New year period, a one night cancellation charge is applicable if cancelled at any point before 45 days.
Post 45 days the cancellation policy is as above.
No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than15 days before the check in date.
Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund on the total booking amount If more than 30% of people get Covid - Credit note for Six months for the same villa at the prevailing rates. (To avail this please share aadhar card copies of all occupants at the time of booking.)
